Birding trails are a big draw at Dinosaur Hill. The trails feature birds found in Michigan, as well as those native to other parts of the country. Nature Preserve Dinosaur Hill is home to many different types of wildflowers in the spring. One of them is the white fringed phacelia. This flower is a native plant that will bloom in February and March. Another one you may find is the blue violet, which has beautiful blue flowers that are scattered throughout the preserve. One is an outdoor winter adventure park which includes a sledding hill and a maze. You can also enjoy snow tubing, ice skating, and cross-country skiing.
